ORDERS     

Please be advised that once a transaction has been finalised, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations to your order. 

PRE-ORDER       

Get early access to our collections and secure your pieces by pre-ordering! Once your order is placed and full payment has been made you have secured your purchase. Please note, with pre-orders we cannot always guarantee you the product. An approximate shipping window will be indicated on the product page of your chosen item. The availability date is an estimate only and we can remove items from pre-order without notice. We will email you as soon as the product becomes available and has been dispatched. In the event that an item on pre-order is unavailable, we will cancel your order and you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price of the item on your original payment method.

STOCKISTS

The products, services, prices and promotional offers (if any) made on the website, only apply to orders placed online via the IVALDI website and may be different from those available from other stockists selling IVALDI products. We assume no liability for prices or products that differ in those stores.
