Shipping Policy

PROCESSING

Orders that are in stock are typically processed and dispatched between 1-3 working days. We do carry stock on hand, but in some instances our pieces are handmade to order and may require longer processing times. Please note that processing times may also be longer during peak and holiday seasons.

SHIPPING RATES       

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS 

Both domestic and international orders outside of Australia are sent with Australia Post to ensure delivery reliability and efficiency. Domestic orders have the option of 'Standard' or 'Express Post'. All international orders are sent with 'Express Post'.

International orders may attract taxes or duties applied in the country where the order is delivered. Please check with your country's local customs office for information on duties and taxes. IVALDI is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by overseas customers.

REDIRECT

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, therefore is it important you provide an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect the parcel, you may try directly contacting the courier company affiliated with your order.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
