RETURNS               

All jewellery purchases from IVALDI are final and non-refundable. Each jewellery item is made upon order. For this reason and for hygiene, please carefully consider your purchase as we do not refund or exchange items for change of mind.

FAULTY ITEMS

All jewellery is thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults before it is dispatched. Our products are handcrafted and we allow a certain degree of variance between pieces as no two are entirely identical.

Returns cannot be accepted for wear and tear or damage of any kind, accidental or negligent.

Should you receive an item which is faulty please contact IVALDI immediately via email at enquiries@ivaldi.com.au All emails require description of fault with clear pictures of the fault attached.

All faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any faults reported after the 7-day period will not be accepted. Where possible we will offer to repair or replace the faulty item once the item has been returned and assessed. In the event that a faulty item cannot be replaced due to unavailability, you will be offered a full refund of the purchase price of the item on your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received the funds, please contact us at enquiries@ivaldi.com.au.
